Request License

There are three (3) Different types license plans, the ACE+SOLO license (starts from ₦100,000/Year), ACE+EDGE license (starts from ₦200,000/Year) and the ACE+APEX license (starts from ₦500,000/Year). We have a 90 daysmoney back policy to ensure your satisfaction and our dedication os services and support to your organisation. ACE stands for Administrative Core Experience.

You can request your license by sending a license request mail to us via [email protected] which normally takes between 24 hours to 72 hours for instant setup or by clicking here to generate instant licence where you will be redirected to make payments where applicable, Visa, MasterCard, Verve. Direct Bank transfer etc.. are all acceptable through Paystack secure gateway. Other payment methods are acceptable upon prior agreement.

The above underlined license request process applies to both the application suite and any of the systems. License renewal is due every year. Notfications are sent prior reneal date.

Setup & Training

A successful license issuance would get your institution registered into our multi-tenant cloud based ERP system 4 schools and you are good to go with the customisation of the settings to sevice your academic and/or operational requirements.

The following administrative and operational settings and options are up for customisation: Subjects, Assessment profiles, school fees, chart of accounts, inventory, payroll constituents and elements, fixed assets, drivers, school buses, dormitories, classrooms, students information, staff information, scheme of works, calendar, security & user accounts options setup, grading systems, PAYE tables, budgets etc..

Functional training of the trainers and the users billed to go hand in hand with the system settings and customisation. Training sessions may be virtual or appearnce and may span across a whole academic term to enable us establish a stable plaform for easy scaling of staff proficincy to mastery.

Start Using ARPS

Enterprise ARPS is very user friendly with great user experience. The application suite is fully available in web format for all browsers and mobile format for all smart hand held (phone) devices. Mobile apps of Apple, Android and Windows are all downlodabble from this site and the various schools sites.

The basic operations you can use ARPS for on regular basis are higlighted below: Class attendance, inputing of test scores, billing of students, school fees payment register and receipts generation, behavioural asessments register, inventory register, inventory movement, loan application and processing, salary advance application and processing, payroll run and pay slip generation, assignments and projects publishing, journal and cash book records, dormitory attendance, transit manifest administration etc..

Dedicated service (24/7) support is available to you via our support tickets, phone lines, WhatsApp lines, email accounts. On site visit are done upon request and prior agreements.
